Dining services building overhaul and renovation.

DESIGN

Defragmentation of floor plates via removal and infill of redundant service cores. Uncover and rehabilitation of finish of existing coffered concrete ceiling. Decentralized exhibition dining venues. Light features define and connect views to seating areas throughout.
