Admission Requirements

General Minimum Entry Requirements

1. Postgraduate Programmes:  A first degree at minimum Upper Second Class Honors or PumaenvíogratisMéxicoequivalent or a Lower Second Class Honors with working experience of at least two years in relevant field for Master’s Programmes.
2. Undergraduate Degree Programmes:  Mean grade of C+ (plus) in the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE), or equivalent qualifications.
3. Diploma Programmes:  Mean grade of C (plain) or C (minus) in the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education KCSE or equivalent depending on a program requirements.
4. Certificate:   D+ or equivalent at KCSE

In addition to the minimum entry requirements, there may be other programme-specific requirements with regard to the mean grade, subject clusters, individual subject grades, entry exams, motivation statements, or other requirements as may be approved by the Senate

from time to time.
